The Rhythm of Shadows (A Dialogue of Lines and Shadows) This project redefines rhythm, daylight, and privacy within the urban context. The facade design is driven by solid vertical louvers and high-contrast light play, paired with dark stone textures and vertical greenery to bring identity and dynamic movement to the streetscape. By extending nature from the balconies up to the skyline, the building transforms into a living, breathable intervention within a dense urban fabric.

دیالوگ خطوط و سایه‌ها (The Rhythm of Shadows) این پروژه بازتعریفی از ریتم، نور و محرمیت در زمینه شهری است. طراحی نما بر پایه خطوط صلب عمودی و تضاد سایه‌روشن شکل گرفته که در هم‌نشینی با بافت تیره سنگ و فضاهای سبز عمودی، به کالبد شهری هویت و پویایی می‌بخشد. امتداد طبیعت از بالکن‌ها تا خط آسمان، بنا را به ساختاری زنده و تنفس‌پذیر در بافت متراکم شهر تبدیل کرده است.

Koohsar Renovation

Kohsar Residential Interior Refurbishment The Kohsar Residential Refurbishment project is a design-driven response to the functional and lifestyle needs of a family of four within a newly built apartment. Our primary intervention in the public zone focused on optimizing the living area’s functional diagram; by relocating the TV lounge directly opposite the kitchen, we enhanced visual interaction during daily kitchen activities while converting the previously designated TV area into a well-proportioned, clearly defined dining zone. In the private realm, three distinct scenarios were tailored for the bedrooms: the kids’ room was transformed into an adventurous environment combining an integrated loft bed, play equipment, and a washable glass drawing canvas; the second bedroom was dedicated to an independent workspace complete with built-in library shelving and a media unit; and the master suite was redesigned with seamless detailing to create a tranquil retreat for the parents.

پروژه بازسازی واحد مسکونی کوهسار، پاسخی طراحی‌محور به نیازهای زیستی یک خانواده چهارنفره در یک ساختمان نوساز است. مداخله اصلی تیم ما در بخش عمومی، بر اصلاح دیاگرام عملکردی سالن متمرکز بود؛ جایی که با جابه‌جایی زون TV Room به فضای روبروی آشپزخانه، علاوه بر ارتقای ارتباط بصری هنگام فعالیت در آشپزخانه، فضای اختصاص‌یافته‌ی قبلی به یک زون غذاخوری تعریف‌شده و خوش‌تناسب تبدیل شد. در حوزه فضاهای خصوصی، سه سناریوی مجزا برای سه اتاق خواب تعریف گردید: اتاق کودکان با تلفیق تخت دوبلکس، تجهیزات بازی و بوم شیشه‌ای نقاشی به فضایی ماجراجویانه تبدیل شد؛ اتاق دوم به محیطی مستقل برای کار با کتابخانه و ست تصویری توکار اختصاص یافت؛ و اتاق مستر با جزئیاتی یکپارچه برای تامین آرامش والدین بازطراحی گردید.

Asal Residential Building

Asal Residential Building Core Concept: Dualities of Sanctuary and Breath Designed as a 4-story residential building over a ground-floor level featuring one apartment per floor, this project directly responds to the contrasting site conditions. Nestled within an infill, landlocked setting on the north side while maintaining an uninhibited connection to the courtyard on the south, the main volume and envelope embody a "functional and sensory duality." North Facade (Sanctuary and Ingress): On the northern front—constrained by pedestrian entrances and the parking ramp access—the facade acts as a structured, solid, and refined envelope. The overall scale is visually softened through a rhythmic composition of light and dark modules, complemented by integrated greenery within the balconies to offset the density of the surrounding urban fabric. At ground level, expansive glazing reveals the entrance lobby, enhancing spatial legibility and creating an inviting threshold. South Facade (Breath and Nature Integration): Conversely, the southern elevation opens up with maximum transparency and permeability. Deep, continuous balconies lined with warm wood cladding and articulated by vertical framing establish a semi-outdoor transition zone that blurs the boundary between interior living and the lush courtyard. On the top floor, integrated louvers and overhead shading devices manage solar gain from the south while bestowing depth and dynamic light play across the facade.

ساختمان مسکونی عسل کانسپت اصلی: دوگانهٔ پناه و تنفس طراحی این پروژه مسکونی ۴ طبقه روی همکف به صورت تک واحدی انجام شده که پاسخی مستقیم به خصلت متضاد و موقعیت خاص سایت است. موقعیت «تودلی» زمین در جبهه شمالی از یک‌سو، و ارتباط مستقیم با حیاط در جبهه جنوبی از سوی دیگر، ایدهٔ اصلی فرم و جداره‌ها را بر پایهٔ «دوگانگی عملکردی و حسی» شکل داده است. جبهه شمالی (پناه و دعوت‌کنندگی): در نمای شمالی، جایی که دسترسی‌ها به رمپ پارکینگ و ورودی پیاده محدود می‌شود، نما به مثابهٔ یک پوسته‌ی منظم، صلب و هوشمند عمل می‌کند. شکستن مقیاس نما با ترکیب مدول‌های تیره و روشن، همراه با به کارگیری فضای سبز در بالکن ها، خشکی بافت متراکم شهری را تعدیل کرده است. شفافیت شیشه‌ای در تراز همکف نیز با ایجاد دید مستقیم به فضای لابی، خوانایی و حس دعوت‌کنندگی ورودی را دوچندان می‌سازد. جبهه جنوبی (تنفس و پیوند با طبیعت): در مقابل، نمای جنوبی کاملاً گشوده، شفاف و نفوذپذیر است. ایجاد تراس‌های عمیقِ سرتاسری با پوشش‌های گرم چوبی و قاب‌بندی‌های مشخص عمودی، فضایی میانجی (Semi-outdoor) خلق کرده که مرز میان زندگی داخلی و حیاط سرسبز را محو می‌کند. سایه‌بان‌ها و لوورهای سقفی در طبقه نهایی علاوه بر کنترل نورگیری آفتاب جنوب، پویایی و عمق بصری نما را به حداکثر رسانده‌اند.

Haghani Commercial- Office Building

Haghani Building: Redefining Urban Identity upon a Rigid Structure The façade design of the Haghani Building was a thoughtful response to a major architectural challenge. Upon our involvement, the building's structural framework and core masonry were already fully completed, making any structural or volumetric alterations impossible. The architectural solution to this constraint was the creation of a "dynamic, textured skin" that infused the building with a renewed visual identity and quality without interfering with the existing structure. The primary design concept rests on a structured contrast between transparency and texture. By incorporating rhythmic, light-toned fluted/ribbed vertical panels alongside seamless reflective glazing, the predetermined static volume breaks away from monotony, acquiring a modern, upward, and dynamic character. This secondary skin not only filters sunlight and interacts with shadows throughout the day, but also transforms the existing angular geometry into a focal point of the façade's appeal. Ultimately, the integration of a transparent commercial base on the ground floor and framed greenery at the crown and upper terraces establishes a harmonious dialogue between the rigid structure of the past and contemporary architecture.

«ساختمان حقانی: بازتعریف هویت شهری بر بستر سازه‌ی صُلب» طراحی نمای «ساختمان حقانی» فرآیندی هوشمندانه از مواجهه با یک چالش بزرگ معماری بود؛ پروژه‌ای که در زمان ارجاع، مراحل اسکلت و سفت‌کاری آن به‌طور کامل به پایان رسیده بود و هرگونه تغییر در ساختار و فرم اولیه را غیرممکن می‌ساخت. پاسخ معماری به این محدودیت، خلق «پوسته‌ای پویا و بافت‌دار» بود که بدون مداخله در سازه موجود، روایتی نو از کیفیت و هویت بصری را به بنا تزریق کرد. کانسپت اصلی طرح بر پایه‌ی تضاد ساختاریافته میان شفافیت و بافت استوار است. استفاده از پانل‌های عمودی کرکره‌ای روشن با ریتم‌های متناوب در کنار شیشه‌های یکپارچه‌ی بازتابنده، باعث شده است که حجمِ ثابت و ازپیش‌تعیین‌شده‌ی بنا، از یکنواختی فاصله گرفته و شخصیتی مدرن، صعودی و پویا پیدا کند. این پوسته‌ی دوم، ضمن کنترل نور خورشید و بازی با سایه‌ها در طول روز، هندسه‌ی زوایه‌دار اسکلت موجود را به نقطه عطفِ جذابیت نما تبدیل کرده است. در نهایت، ایجاد پایه شفاف تجاری در همکف و ترکیب عناصر سبزِ کادربندی‌شده در تاج و تراس‌های بنا، دیالوگی شایسته میان سازه‌ی صُلب گذشته و معماری معاصرِ امروز برقرار کرده است.

Misagh Padel Club

Misagh Padel Complex Designed over a 3,700-square-meter site, the Misagh Padel Complex features four standard padel courts alongside supporting amenities, including a café, lounge area, and administrative section. The core design rationale revolves around respecting the natural context and responding to the site's inherent topography. By thoughtfully embracing the natural slope and preserving all existing trees, the courts are strategically positioned across two distinct elevation levels—two courts on the upper tier and two on the lower tier. This terraced layout minimizes site disturbance and preserves existing green assets while achieving optimal spatial segregation and maximizing the land's spatial potential.

A mid-rise modern residential development proposing a staggered structural box layout that breaks the traditional building envelope.

By shifting alternating modules of light stone and deep volcanic textures, the facade forms pocket terraces that introduce organic greenery directly into the urban face. Floor-to-ceiling glass maximizes daylight infiltration while forming glowing volumetric compositions at twilight.
